DAVID FIX
Owner
As founder and sole proprietor of EHM, Dave takes immense pride in client relationships and delivering exemplary service and commitment to each project. He has been involved in many different aspects of the Steamboat community after graduating from Regis University. In Dave's time in Steamboat Springs, he has successfully opened and run several businesses including Vertical Grip, Rocky Mountain Ventures, Colorado Stone Care, and Executive Home Management. When Dave is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters boating, hiking, snowboarding, and the many other activities the valley offers.
ANNIE CARNES
Accounting Manager
Annie made her way to Colorado after graduating from the University of Texas in her hometown of Austin. She first started working for EHM as a housekeeper in 2012 and now handles all things financial for the company. When she's not working hard for EHM, she's hard at work on her goal of becoming a best-selling novelist.
ANNA KENNEY
General Manager
Anna became a Steamboat transplant after she graduated from Colorado Mesa University with her bachelors in Creative Writing. She really enjoys that every single day at EHM brings a new set of challenges and isn't your typical office job. When she's not working, she loves to snuggle up in a hammock and read a nice book (and have the occasional hiking adventure).
JESUS MARTINEZ
Maintenance Manager
Jesus was born in Monterrey, Mexico and moved to Houston, Texas in 1997, where he worked in building maintenance and electrical for 20 years. He moved to Steamboat in 2023. In his free time he enjoys listening to music, going to church, and discovering all the fun activities available in Steamboat.
MARTA VALENCIA SAMAYOA
Housekeeping Manager
Marta (pictured on right, with her housekeeping team) is originally from El Salvador and is now happy to call Steamboat home. She loves living in the beautiful Yampa Valley and staying busy with work. In her rare time off, she enjoys relaxing and spending time with her family.
