PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

We offer two different levels of property management service - basic and full service.

BASIC SERVICE

Our basic service is a flat fee of $485 per month, which includes one house check a week, immediate access to our in-house maintenance crew, access to the relationships we’ve built with trusted subcontractors over 30 years in the field, and the administrative work of setting up, overseeing, and meeting with subcontractors. Additional in-house services (such as housekeeping, landscaping, staining, minor plumbing and electrical, etc. - see a list below of all we do) can be added à la carte, which will be billed at our normal hourly rates.

The basic level of service is the best fit for clients who don’t want much done at their house, have very simple needs, or handle services themselves through other companies.

Our full service is a flat administrative fee of $55 per month, which covers the work of managing clients’ schedules, services, and projects. All in-house services (such as house checks, maintenance, housekeeping, etc) will be charged at our normal hourly rates. To be able to offer this service to clients, we require that Executive Home Management handles all regular services in-house, including housekeeping, maintenance, landscaping, irrigation, and any painting/staining. For larger projects, we will work with our trusted subcontractors.

The full level of service is the best fit for clients that want us to handle all of the house’s needs.
